Find your way around
Navigation stays out of your way: a bar of tabs at the bottom, and your avatar at the top for settings. Here’s where everything lives.
The bottom navigation bar
Section titled “The bottom navigation bar”The bar at the bottom of the screen holds your main tabs. You’ll see up to three.
- Feed (forum icon) is the home screen, where you swipe through customer feedback. It’s always there.
- Insights (bar-chart icon) shows scores, top categories, and AI recommendations. This tab only appears if your organization has the Insights add-on.
- Notifications (bell icon) sits at the end of the bar and holds the feedback colleagues have shared with you. The page is titled Shared with you. A planned Alerts add-on will later add automated alerts here and rename the tab Alerts.
Tap a tab to switch to it. The active tab is highlighted.
The unread badge
Section titled “The unread badge”When you have unread shared items, a small dot appears on the Notifications tab so you know there’s something new to look at. It clears as you review the items. (See Review feedback shared with you.)
Reach Settings from the page header
Section titled “Reach Settings from the page header”There’s no Settings tab. Instead, tap your avatar in the top corner of the page header to open Settings, where you can change the app theme, manage notifications, and replay the welcome tour.
The bar hides as you scroll
Section titled “The bar hides as you scroll”To give you more room to read, the bottom bar slides out of the way when you scroll down and comes back when you scroll up. This is normal. Scroll up a little to bring the tabs back at any time.
