Filter feedback by touchpoint

If you have access to more than one survey, you can narrow the Feed to just the one you care about.

The touchpoint filter chips at the top of the Feed

A touchpoint is a specific survey or feedback moment, for example a post-purchase survey or an onboarding check-in. Each piece of feedback belongs to one touchpoint.

At the top of the Feed, under the header, you’ll see a row of filter chips: one per touchpoint you have access to, plus an All touchpoints chip.

  • Tap a touchpoint chip to show only feedback from that touchpoint.
  • Tap All touchpoints to go back to seeing everything.

The chip you’ve selected is highlighted, and the row scrolls so your choice stays in view.

If you only have access to a single touchpoint, there’s nothing to filter between. The All touchpoints chip is hidden and your one touchpoint is selected automatically, so the Feed shows that touchpoint’s feedback.

ℹ️ See no chips and a No touchpoints available message instead? No survey has been assigned to you yet — see Why can’t I see any feedback?.
