Take the welcome tour

The first time you sign in, a short welcome tour slides up to introduce the app. It’s a few cards you tap through, and you can replay it any time.

What the tour covers

The tour adapts to what your organization has turned on, so the number of cards you see can differ from a colleague’s. The cards are:

Your feedback, at a glance — “Swipe through customer responses. Star the ones that matter, forward to a colleague, or tap for detail.”
Shared with you — explains the feedback colleagues forward to you.
Close the loop (only with the Close the Loop add-on) — “Reply to customers in-app and move conversations through To do, In progress and Done.”
Insights (only with the Insights add-on) — “Track scores, sentiment and evolution over time across your touchpoints.”
You’re all set — “Tap your avatar any time to open Preferences — change theme, or replay this tour.”

The dots at the bottom show how many cards there are and which one you’re on.

Tap Next to go forward.
Tap Back to return to the previous card.
On the last card, the button reads Get started — tap it to finish and land on the Feed.

To leave the tour early, tap Skip in the top corner (or tap outside the card).
