Keep your data fresh
The app keeps your data up to date automatically, but you can also refresh any time you want the latest feedback right now.
Pull down to refresh
Section titled “Pull down to refresh”On the Feed (both the card stack and the list view), the Notifications tab, and Insights, drag the screen downward from the top and release. A spinner appears while the latest data loads, then disappears when it’s done.
ℹ️ Pull-to-refresh needs a connection. If you’re offline, pulling down won’t fetch anything new. The app catches up on its own once you’re back online. See Use the app offline.
Automatic refresh
Section titled “Automatic refresh”While the app is open, it quietly checks every minute or so for Feed data that has gone stale and fetches the latest — so changes made by a colleague on another device (a highlight, a status change, new feedback) show up within a couple of minutes on their own. Insights refreshes far less often — pull down there when you want the very latest numbers.
When you return to the app after it’s been in the background for a while, it also refreshes data that has gone stale right away. You’ll see current feedback without doing anything.
ℹ️ If you want the latest data at any other moment, pull down to refresh — it refreshes everything on the screen, including the unread counters.
